Q: How do I order a Catalog?
A: Register for an account on our website and then contact us.
Q: Why do you charge for your catalog?
A: Our catalog contains over 300 pages and costs over $50 to produce.
Q: How do I update my catalog?
A: You can order missing pages. Contact us with a list of your missing pages. A small charge to cover our costs will apply.
Q: I am a stocking dealer, do I still have to pay for my catalogs and updates?
A: No, active stocking dealers are provided catalogs and updates FREE.
Q: Why can't I find designs on the website in your catalog?
A: It is not possible to catalog all of our designs, this website contains over 1,000 designs and we are constantly adding new designs, size options and finishes. Therefore the most up to date information can be found here.
About Price Lists
Q: How do I update Catalog Price Lists?
A: Register here for an online account and once approved you will be able to download current price lists.
Q: What about online pricing, is that available?
A: Yes, and by invitation only to Trade Accounts.
Q: Do you give Trade Discounts?
A: Yes, Register Online and we will contact you.
About Finish Samples
Q: Can I order finish samples?
A: Finish samples are available FREE once an order is in place. You can view or purchase finish samples prior to making a purchase. Please contact us for further details.
Q: Can you match a finish sample?
A: Yes, but in order to match to your requirements we request you send us a sample of the finish you require. We cannot blindly make finish samples based upon description only, their are too many variables to be successful.
